What are the main functions of QMS(Quality Management System)?
FMEA
FMEA, or Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, is a systematic approach to identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential failures, defects, or problems in a system, product, or process. This approach aims to improve the reliability, safety and performance of the system by analyzing possible failure modes and their potential effects during the design, manufacturing or operation phase to take appropriate control measures.
Control plan
A control plan is an important tool in quality management, which helps to ensure that a product or service meets specific quality standards and requirements during production or delivery. Lezao QMS supports maintenance of key characteristics, performance requirements, basic specifications and other information, support for control point identification, support for maintenance measurement and inspection methods, support for maintenance of standard operating procedures, support for document solution plans, support for maintenance of monitoring river measurement frequency and other information, and finally provide data analysis river report and other content.
Inspection plan
An inspection plan is a quality management document used to plan and organize inspection and validation activities for a product or service. The purpose of an inspection program is to ensure that a product or service meets specific quality standards and specifications. Lezao QMS supports the definition of the objectives and scope of the inspection plan, the definition of the inspection standards and technical specifications, and the automatic acquisition of specific methods and procedures for the execution of the inspection based on the control plan.
Quality inspection
Quality inspection refers to the actual inspection and verification of products or services in the production process according to the established inspection plans and procedures. This step aims to ensure that the product or service meets predetermined quality standards and specifications. Lezao QMS supports automatic acquisition of inspection requirements and operational precautions according to inspection plans. Support the automatic acquisition of sample information, test items, etc., support the PC and mobile terminals to fill in the test parameters, support the automatic collection of measurement equipment information, and conclusion of the test results.
Nonconforming product management
Nonconforming product management is a key aspect of quality management that relates to the treatment and control of products or services found in the production process that do not meet predetermined quality standards. Lezao QMS supports nonconforming product trial function, nonconforming product classification management, nonconforming product cause analysis, correction and error correction, while generating downstream rework and repair tasks, scrap notice, downgrade notice and other related information.
Quality traceability
Quality traceability refers to the systematic recording and tracking of the whole process of product production, manufacturing, distribution and sales to trace the source, flow direction, production process and other details of each product or service. The purpose of quality traceability is to ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of products or services, and to troubleshoot and recall problems when necessary. Lezao QMS supports the rapid positioning of product quality using a unique written test at key stages, supports the recording of key information, supports the traceability to raw materials, including the corresponding procurement information of raw materials, supports the full life cycle traceability of products from the design stage to the production process, etc.
Exception management
Exception management refers to a series of plans, measures and processes taken for abnormal situations or problems in the production process of an organization. Lezao QMS supports maintenance of anomaly identification points, classification management of anomalies, level maintenance, maintenance of abnormal alarm lines, monitoring and tracking of abnormal events.
