What is QMS(Quality Management System)?
Quality Management System (QMS) is a software system used to manage and optimize enterprise quality management. It can help enterprises formulate and implement quality management strategy, manage and control quality process, collect and analyze quality data, improve quality management efficiency and quality level.
QMS system includes all aspects of quality management, such as quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, quality audit, quality improvement, etc., including the quality of the whole value chain of each major scene of the business module composition.
The current QMS has gradually evolved from the simple function of the QM module in ERP to a large system covering the whole process quality management activities such as R & D quality, supplier quality, manufacturing process quality, after-sales quality, system audit, correction and prevention management, and has realized the upstream and downstream integration cooperation from suppliers, internal to customers.
